I have been trying for weeks to find someone in this company. I am redirected to Liberty Mutual, Safeco and even at time Peerless. They only seem to want to talk to you if it's regarding a claim. No one can find my account, but when I go to the Peerless site and put in my policy number, my account shows up and all future payments they are going to take out. No option to cancel, nothing.
Cancelled policy 30 days ago. Just got a bill for $888.00!!!
Use to be a good place to work.
