Ordered several photos online ( my usual way of ordering) printed on panels. I got three calls (went to voicemail) to come pick up my order -it was ready! Three calls because I headed home instead of swinging by CVS. All three vm’s say my order is ready, come pick it up! I got to CVS...the order was printed on photo paper, not the panels. The manager said that I was called asking for clarification. I had no calls asking or requesting information. Isn’t the order details in their computer? I would give 4 stars but I waited in line for 10 minutes while the poor girl ( just her at the register) helped someone else in the Photo area...and then she looked confused by the price and went to get her manager, so I waited another 5 minutes. Turns out the manager was the person who walked by while I was still waiting in line, who is also the person who said they’d called me. I just have the one phone number, so.....nnThat was 4 days ago. No calls to me since, so I called today. Guess what? They’re ready! I’m waiting to see if these are on panels.nnI’m not very optimistic. We’ll see what the visit to pick them up brings.nnCVS photo is usually great. This last visit was just extra stinky.
