The service was great, but the food was below the bar for the price.nnI'm a big fan of the Common Man, and go to their restaurants often and usually love the food. However this was an expensive exception. In particular the baked haddock was below average, a few small pieces of haddock swimming in a bowl of butter. It wasn't exactly gross, but it certainly wasn't healthy, and the butter had practically dissolved the haddock. Also the asparagus and potatoes were tiny.nnThe lobster toast lacked flavor; even the jalapenos couldn't get it to register. (Ironically the lobster might have been improved with some butter!)nnFortunately, the lobster bisque was delicious.nnWe found the service to be excellent and the ambiance to be fantastic.nnWe'll try again in a few months. I wish all our problems were as insignificant as haddock that wasn't superb. ud83dude0a

Definitely exceeded our expectations! Heather at Lakehouse was absolutely amazing and we were so impressed with her yesterday. The room was immaculate, food and drinks have been delicious and the atmosphere is dreamy. The adults only jacuzzi was an amazing surprise and the private little room with the pool table was the best. Thank you for everything, we can’t wait for our wedding here in September. You made this Valentine’s weekend unforgettable!

My boyfriend and I visited the Lakehouse Grille and were so glad that we were able to sit at the bar. The bartender Heather was absolutely AMAZING! We have never had a better experience. We we’re beyond satisfied with her customer service. We left the restaurant with the biggest smiles and belly aches from our conversation and interaction with Heather. We will be back to see her on the bar!!! She is a hidden gem, do not let her get away!
