I only gave them one star because that was the minimum. We made an appointment for 10:30. They didn’t start our pedicures until over an our later and we’re there for about 3 all together. They cut me, stabbed me, but somehow didn’t cut my nails or cuticles except the one nail they cut way too short. Didn’t use any proper materials for a pedicure at all and the lady had no idea what she was doing. I couldn’t even relax because I was too worried about her using sharp objects around my feet. Do NOT recommend this place, it’s not worth your money.

Called and made appointment for 3pm for 3 ppl. Left us in pedicure chair until 4:30 then finally started pedicure. My water was so scalding hot. I will not be returning as they do not follow appointments!!!

I have used them before with no issues and then I went in for a manicure and pedicure and the nail file cut me I had to put Band-Aids on after the cut still BURNS probably will not go back!
