The employees are usually nice, I frequently visit this location.
I ordered delivery the other day. And i know caseys is always understaffed in the kitchen so i ordered a easy delivery. Just some drinks and bread sticks. I also ordered an hour ahead so they would have plenty of time for it yet somehow they still managed to be almost 30 minutes late and they brought me the wrong drinks. When i called to let them know the lady was a little rude but said she would fix it and send him back out with the correct drinks only for him to never show up. Safe to say i wont ever come here again.
I like casey's they always have hot ready to go foodies bathrooms hadicapped entrance and friendly staff yep
I ordered pizza and a sandwich. They brought the wrong sandwich. Then I called and the lady said she would remake it and send it out. They never showed up. Every time I call it rings and rings. Sad buisness! Won’t order ever again ud83dude44
Don’t know who the lady is in the kitchen maybe a manager but doubt it by the way her nasty attitude was.
