Waited two weeks for my boyfriend to get his papers for his surgery sent over from them. Had to call them multiple time and go in and wait for them to get it printed and signed, after we couldn't get ahold of them on the phone. Absolutely ridiculous process for waiting while someone is trying to get surgery.
