WOW. The staff here on the phone and in person are the most friendliest. I needed to get fingerprinting done and they were quick to make an appointment and it only cost $10. The staff was amazing to work with and I will be going back here if I ever need anything like this done again. Thanks guys!

Probably the most helpful and cheery city staff I have ever met. Pointed me In The right direction and smiled the whole time. Not sure if you ever been to the dmv or not but this is total opposite for sure. Very friendly

Jennifer in the business license division was extremely helpful. It’s great to know our tax dollars go toward people that care about their city and the people within the city including businesses. Very happy with the process and how it was handled.

Applied for passports here. The lady doing it was really fast and professional and patient with our kids' photos. Would definitely recommend this place for passport applications.

Easy parking right in front of the building. Passport office has very friendly ladies. Very helpful. Answered all my questions very nicely, 100% patient. Super fast and easy process. They even take the pictures there and give you a duplicate incase you have to redo the application for any reason. Call ahead if you aren't sure about something. You don't want to forget anything or they can't help you.
