NO PATRONS WEARING MASKS. Or even acknowledging the pandemic hasn’t ended. Truly, truly shameful. You guys were the epicenter of the rural hospital choke and it would appear no one in North Platte, especially this establishment care. Not coming back and I hope the feds shut you down.
Took 3 hours to get my food. Called an hour and a half after ordering. They said my order was out for delivery. Called 45 minutes later and wasn’t out for delivery. When I FINALLY got my food, it wasn’t the kind of pizza I had ordered!!! And my monkey bread is almost burnt... Not. Impressed.nnAssistant manager tried to give me all the free food.... I just wanted the food I originally ordered!
Took over an hour to get pizza, and it was served cold. There were no clean tables, dirty silverware. Just disgusting will not be stopping here again. The only employee working was the bartender and she was doing everyones job. Don't waste your time here.
Service was not as on point as what you would want. Kind of slow had to wait at the counter to place an order for quite a while before we were helped. The Food however, was very good.
It was really good food! We wore a mask going in I was totally okay with! But I over heard one of the young girls working the cashier that said if our manager don’t wear a mask we don’t have to which I see is wrong because you are serving food and not one employe was wearing a mask! But they expect us as customers to wear one! That’s very unprofessional and talk to corporate about it
