This place treated me very well! I ordered a pair of boots from them, and when I sent them and email to inform them they were for my wedding in two weeks, they sped up the shipping so they arrived 4 days ahead of schedule! I definitely will be ordering from them again!

Ordered a prescription for my dog ahead of time so he didn't run out. 10 days after the order had been place it still had not been shipped. Called and cancelled the order. They didn't seem surprised. Must be standard mode of operation for them.

If I could give zero star I would completely unprofessional, and a SCAM DO NOT USE THEM they LIE and should be brought to the attention of the BBB which will be coming next wow no one should have to be subject to them

Horrible! I would give no stars if Could. I ordered antibiotics for my cat in July. They sent emails saying the order was received and would be shipped soon. Then they said it was back ordered. Then they said they probably wouldn't be getting the meds in, then this week they said the problem was my vet did not approve the prescription. Thank goodness I didn't wait on them-please do NOT trust them with the welfare of your pet.
