I am absolutely thrilled with the professionalism of Liz and the installation crew. It is very hard to find reliable, prompt and reasonable service providers here in Martha's Vineyard.nnWe had our flooring installed in less than 1 week after our initial visit to the showroom. The crew was on time, courteous, clean and careful and worked very quickly.nnI highly recommend them!!

Do not hire. Karpet Kare came two hours early on the scheduled day without notice, entered our home without us in it, and when we found them shortly thereafter, we told them they would have to wait while my wife went to ready the space. They went outside while she was cleaning and left without saying a word to us. When I called the company to untangle why we weren't notified of the last minute rescheduling in the first place, and what happened to their cleaner, and what they were going to do about it, they were just as bad. Unreliable and unprofessional. There are many good carpet cleaners on Martha's Vineyard to do business with who respect the customer's time and needs.
