Poor quality nails! Got my nails done the day before Thanksgiving and 2 fell of the day after. Went in to get my sisters nails done and they claimed we were too picky. If we're spending the money to pay you to do our nails done right we have every right to be picky.they didn't have the acrylic powder she wanted so she was going to to shellac. Then the man that works there created a scene and told us to go else where ..nWe will! We will bring our money to someone else!

I have been coming to Kim's for a long time the end I tip very well today I was asking questions about the nails I wanted and the man that works in the shop started yelling at me and saying if I was gonna be so picky and keep looking at my nails then I can go somewhere else I have never been so disrespected in my life while I'm paying my hard earned money for a service I tip 20 to 30 dollars at a time and to get treated like that was just a smack in the face you would think with small businesses struggling with covid ordeal that they would be extra nice

Not recommended. I got shellac polish and it chipped off after only 3 days. Service felt rushed and it was definitely not worth the money.

They did exactly what I wanted. Many compliments on my nails from my customers. Love the work they do.
