Went in with my mother, niece, and daughter for pedicures. The lady did really good with my niece and daughter. A guy did my pedicure and it was a horrible experience. When he started, more customers were coming in so he was rushing.....rubbed the scrub on my legs for like 2 seconds and then washed it off and let the water out, he then painted my toes and did a horrible job at that.....then rubbed a little lotion on my legs and walked off. The lady who did my mom’s pedicure as well did it fast but did a better job at the polishing and ending up having to repaint all of my toes. To me, the point of a pedicure is to focus on my feet and for u to not even rub them at all, I shouldn’t have paid for the service. I just will never return to this nail salon....only giving one star because my niece and daughter seemed to enjoy their time.
Really bad customer service the guy doesn’t know what he’s doing or make any designs.
Worst service I've ever gotten with my nails! The lady was absolutely rude! Didn't have the colors I wanted, so I picked something else! They couldn't do the simple design, I had to have a sticker if I wanted a design! A kindergarten could have done a better job. Cut the nails really short and put tips on, and I only wanted Shellac with my natural nails! When I asked for them to paint a part that they missed she was rougher then. They are not straight and are jagged. Will never go back!
I had the best experience here! I was a walk in and they had me started in 15 minutes, gave me exactly what I wanted, and talked with me the whole time! Love this place, will definitely be coming back!
The owner is AMAZING! She always does such a good job, she offers pretty much any beauty service a girl could dream of, and if you aren't happy for some reason she will always try and make it right! The business always has a laid back vibe, and good conversation! Tao (don't hate mr if I spelled that wrong miss), the owner is so great! She really gets to know her clients and her hired help is pretty great as well. She is the ONLY nail salon I go to in Lexington! Love it! ud83dudc9c
