This was whorable. Mother in law 89 years young. Bought a new phone, they say they tried to transfer contacts but wouldn't work. Then we are out the door with no clue of how to do anything with phone. Like set up voice mail, photos, Email, over all operation. How to get from here to there. Spent almost 400 bucks and got a phone and not even good luck. SAD!! Fremont Verizon
