Savannah was awesome yesterday. I came into the store with an Apple ID issues and she happened to instantly fix it. She also sold me a new iPad since I had problems with mine, and was very nice to work with. I would go back to this store in a heart beat they are very helpful and willing to do what it takes to help you fix your issue. I’ve been to many att stores around the USA and this girl was the only one who could fix my Apple ID. 12/10 recommend this store

The 2 ladies there today 10-29-2020 were awesome and very helpful!!! They both made me feel welcomed and answered any questions I had.

Stephanie provided horrible customer service tonight. We walked in with 3 phones that had issues. We walked out with 3 phones that have issues. She acted like she didn't want us in there. Her boyfriend was reclined back in the chair at her desk. She didn't even greet us when we walked in the door. The sidewalk out front was so icy they didn't even take care of it. I was so excited to finally have an AT&T store in fremont as I have had them for 5 years. I will never walk into this store again. And I wouldn't recommend anyone else going their either.
