Super friendly staff and knowledgeable about what we needed.
We went there to switch fromnVerizon. Our bills have been way higher than what we were told. Never did get a refund on the sales tax I paid for the first new phone that I had to return. And got charged sales tax on the second phone as well. The coverage is horrible. Verizon coverage is much better. I can be sitting at home in Fremont and no bars. Regardless my bill is 100 more a month than what they told me it would be. But when I call they blame it on taxes. I am about ready to switch back to Verizon.
Great employes we forgot about taking out a sd card from my old phone and I called the store to let them know what happened and the lady said no problem ill have it ready for you when you come in great customer service
Today it took me 30 minutes to pay my bill
The attending persons on duty, did not have good customer service skills. He was very rude to me.nI am ill with cancer and needed help getting a new phone. I will not be back.
