I have seen Jack Larsen do more for a customer that is up front and honest with him than any other used/new truck dealer I have worked with! They have a team that will get the job done. This place has big things coming in the future!

Purchased a used truck from Jack, 2006 international 9200i with 400k miles and did the deal entirely over the phone. It was understood that this truck wasn’t perfect but was in good shape. After purchasing the truck, before picking it up I asked him to service it, take an oil sample and perform a DOT inspection on it. He came back saying that he would replace the spot mirror that was broke and fix the broken windshield wiper. Got a call saying it was fixed and ready to go. I sent a driver 13 hours to pick it up. When he arrived NOTHING had been fixed or repaired. The spot mirror was still broken the windshield wiper was still laying on the dash and then come to find out doing my own inspection that the left blinker does not work, the hinge for the storage door under the sleeper is broken off and it has a water leak above the visor. Then after putting only 5 miles on it with a trailer it overheated and found out it needed a fan clutch. Then it needed a turbo actuator, and then, last but not least! I have to put a new transmission in it because it lost 9th and 10th gear. All of this happened with me putting less than 300 miles on this truck. I have tried reaching out to Jack to see what he would do and I can’t even get him to return a phone call. I would not recommend this business to anyone. It has been a terrible experience trying to deal with Mr. Jack Larson. I would give 0/5 stars if this would let me. Very disappointed in his customer service.
