I get it, it's a chain, and everyone knows what Red Lobster is, but honestly, the food here is VERY good and appropriately priced. The service here has always been exceptional. Portion size is good and we normally have a great experience here. Four stars instead of five due to the fact that their dishwasher must be broken and the silverware frankly looked terrible with hard water spots. We thought it was dirty when it first arrived but realized the issue. Either way it was an overall good experience, as it normally is.

At Red Lobster in Sioux City Saturday night, nobody greeted us or said hello...just “follow me”. I ordered a Mt Dew, she brought me a water. I ordered an appetizer, we got our meal with no appetizer served. She did bring the appetizer after serving the meals because we still wanted it. I ordered Fish & Chips, which comes with coleslaw. There was no coleslaw served, so I had to ask for it. The breading on my fish was thick extra crispy (overcooked) and the fish was thin and chewy...far more crispy breading than fish. Very dissatisfied with the service and food. I have dined at many Red Lobsters and this was disappointing.

For any who have been to a Red Lobster before, you’ll know what the delicious cheddar bay biscuits are. Yummy buttery garlicky goodness. It’s always a battle to push them away knowing if you don’t, you won’t be able to eat your meal. But they are so good. And you’re hungry when you arrive. Anyhow, those are the one picture. The hose salad is another, which was one of my sides. The baked potato was the other of my 2 choices for sides. Both good but pretty straight forward, and nothing to write home about. For my meal, I chose the pick 2, and my 2 choices were shrimp scampi, and the other was shrimp linguini. The linguini is an Alfredo based, but I always ask them to change the sauce to their Cajun instead. It’s still the Alfredo sauce, but has the Cajun seasonings in it. I like it much better that way. Food is generally good quality, and warm. Service is almost always quite food.

Ozi, was a wonderful server very attentive. Between our three entrees we about had everything sea food wise. It was delicious! It was a real toss up on what was better though, the brussel sprouts, or that beautiful stake and lobster tail ud83eudd24ud83eudd24ud83eudd24ud83eudd24

Went for a heating/cooling seminar and free dinner.nFood was great, service was.... Well, it was a seminar so that's probably they were a little bit slow
