Two kinds of experiences I can count the occurances of on one hand:n- Waiting for medication to come inn- Insurance being processed before I was notified ready for pick up.nnThis time I got their courtesy 5-day warning that they would restock my medication if I didn't pick it up, that was 2 days ago. I was notified ready for pickup 6 days ago. I waited at the pickup for 10 minutes for them to run the insurance correctly. And that was just this time, to show that I'm not just popping up right away and they haven't had the chance yet.nnTo their credit, and the reason they get 2 stars from me instead of 1, they have great customer service oriented staff. I can't imagine being that busy as a pharmacy and staying so polite and chipper with every customer.
