My instructor was good. I learned a lot and enjoyed the experience, although I thought the administration of the program was lacking.nThey cancelled the in-person instruction due to Covid but refused to refund or delay the classes. Their policies are inflexible. Northwestern University seems to have forgotten who their customer is. I’m out my fees. Too bad since it was a place I enjoyed as an Alumni.
