My husband and I are sitting in Applebee's right now in Fergus falls MN. We ordered steaks and his 12 oz came out well done--ordered it med rare. My 8oz was med and it was ordered well. It took what seemed long to get the food to have it ALL wrong. With all the food issues it took 30min to get a drink refill so waiting for new food with nothing to drink. ud83dude25ud83dude25nAdding another star to the review. The manager came by with my drink and let us know he heard of the mix up and was taking some off our bill. The food was really good once straighten out. Food is amazing! My steak came out a little over cooked and they were so quick and super polite to fix it! Everything taste amazing, even the drinks, and the staff, all of them, are super friendly. Haven't been to a place with such good service in a loooong time!
They have amazing food! Go ask for Niki best waitress! But everyone there is nice
Nikki is a fantastic bartender/server! The baby back ribs are awesome! Garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli are a great side dish
Visiting from out of town. Concerned about covid-19 as we have a couple members of our party in high risk population. They all wear masks, social distancing, clean environment and disposable menus. Our server, Courtney, was so kind and courteous. Refreshing to see people that genuinely care about your dining experience. Food was so good and generous portions. Thanks to the cooks!
