Hi my name is Teak. I'm a Chocolate Lab. This was my first visit. I was a little nervous coming into a new place. New smells, new voices, new surroundings, and faces, I didn't know what to expect. After a little warming up, it started to feel like home. Making the switch Acoaxet was beginning to feel like the right move. The 2 legged folks did a lot of talking, and my dad seemed very happy with the information he was getting. I got my shots, ate of few treats, and we were out the door. I give it 2 paws and a shake.
I called this vet to make a last minute appointment and although they were full and could not see us, the woman on the phone was so kind and caring.. spent 15 minutes on the phone going through the issue we were seeing for our cat and giving me a few different options for how to handle the situation. I thought it said a lot about them to spend their time even though they'd ultimately get nothing out of it.
Dr. Stetson is very informative and teaches me how best to care for my cat.
Friendly staff all around
We brought our new puppy to Acoaxet, and they have been absolutely wonderful! Nicole was on the floor playing with him! Everything was explicitly explained, and they listened to my many questions! Highly recommend!
