I had EXCELLENT experience with INTERSTATE ROADRUNNER INC SHIPPING A CAR From Upland, CA, On 1-13–21 to Golden Valley, Mn. SHERPA selected INTERSTATE ROADRUNNER. Smooth process on both ends. Car arrived in PERFECT shape. Picked up within the 3 day time frame when my dtr in law would be home. Arrived a day earlier than we anticipated. Very smooth on both ends, from the pickup to delivery. Easy process. SHERPA highly recommended INTERSTATE ROADRUNNER, and car arrived in PERFECT shape. Very pleased. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Maybe even negative stars. These guys sent out two individuals to pick up a brand new 100 thousand dollar truck... That's $100,000.00 truck. The drivers decided to hop in it and JOY RIDE THE TRUCK down the road at FULL THROTTLE before break in period. They then whipped a you turn, DRIFTED back onto the main road, and pinned it all the way back PAST the trailer. They then turned around in a parking lot HOPPING A CURB to then pull up to their trailer and load it.

I have been shipping cars between Minnesota and California for 14 years. This is the first year I have used interstate roadrunner. Great service and well-priced. Car was picked up at my house and delivered as close as the 50 foot trailer could get to my CA residence. My car arrived earlier than anticipated. I will definitely use them again!

For any first time car movers or immigrants, I recommend this company highly! As a person who speaks English as a second language, people are often dismissive of me because of my accent. However, the woman who helped me was patient and toke the time to understand me. She wasn’t condescending and asked questions instead of assuming I was feeble minded. In the end, I thank her for speaking to me with respect and shared my previous experience. She personally understood where I was coming from. She explained majority of their staff are bilingual/trilingual immigrants, or the children of first generation immigrants. Any immigrant who has thick accent or only speaks Somali or Spanish should go to them and ignore this people
