Didn't have the game I wanted but did help me find out where to get it plus the beautiful woman that help me was very professional
Excellent customer service and very informative
James and chase are the most helpful games stop employees I have met and they truly care. I have been to other locations that the staff could care less, but these guys are genuine in wanting to help you find something that fits what your looking for. I now go out of my way to go to this location.
Not sure if I’m the only one but this store is full a hole employees that have no interest in helping and seem put out when asking questions. Go somewhere else if you want good customer service.
The employees who work there now are super nice and knowledgeable. They sold me a game at an even cheaper price because someone forgot to change the sticker, I guess. Because of that, and what a great customer experience I had, I am going back to buy some games full price on payday. Hopefully Gamestop as a company stays in business for a minute.
