They never have my prescription ready even when I call ahead. I always have to wait 20-30 min after I get there because they have to get it ready. Half the time they can’t even find it I have to tell them what to look for. Giving them my name each time they say they don’t see anything. I explain what it is when it was sent and magically they find it. When I tell them I called ahead they pretty much look at me crusty like so what. Unfortunately my clinic keeps accidentally sending my prescription to this location instead of the Walgreens I normally use.
