Marked my order as delivered and signed and never have i received it called customer service and they just said its been delivered no solution given so upset
This business is terrible. One star for pleasant customer service, but there are generally long hold times, and the delivery service itself is unreliable. When we've called to schedule deliveries, packages often aren't even picked up by the time they're supposed to have been delivered, and no one notifies us or gives us an amended ETA. They've wasted hours and hours of our time. We're going with another provider.
