I just got my storage unit yesterday and they are so well organized and prepared to get you a storage unit. Jodi the facility manager was so hopefully and sweet. She goes above and beyond to make sure your things are valued. I recommend this location to any and everybody
I´m not use to write reviews but in this particular case I have to. After Extra Storage Space rise up my payment, I went to my storage location in Brooklyn Park, MN in a ´complaining´ mode. I met Arin Rood for the first time and she was just wonderful. This young lady was very kind and knowledgeable and helped me to find the best solution for my needs, while having a casual conversation. When I came back a couple days later to set up some final details, I was a little disappointed because Arin wasn´t working that day. I found a different person; Jodi Butcher. Turns out she was full aware of my situation, and she was as kind and efficient as Arin. She reviewed carefully my options again, and she made the deal I had even better!! Thanks to Arin, I was able to move to a very close, slightly smaller and way cheaper unit, while Jodi facilitated the transition, so I was able to do it in a matter of a couple days. I really hope this company realize the amazing asset they have by relaying on real, competent people, with good hearts and an honest human connection. Well done Arin and Jody, you ladies are awesome!!!
Came to Extraspace storage today in hopes of finding a unit that fit my needs. As this is a stressful time for me, the manager Jodi and the trainee employee John did a wonderful job making me feel confident about renting a unit. Wonderful affordable prices and insurance is at a great rate.nUnfortunately John will be working at a different location but the fact that he did such a wonderful job shows they take pride in finding great employees and train them properly :)nnThanks again John and Jodi
Fantastic experience. I was given a tour before renting and all my questions were answered. The rapid rental process was quick and easy. All the staff I spoke with were very kind and helpful both on the phone and in-person. Facility was spotless including the storage unit I had, the elevators, hallways and carts. I felt like the location was safe, clean and comfortable to be at (so important, especially with Covid). Move out was also quick and easy. Will rent here again if I have storage needs in the future. Thank you!
We love the facility, we just recently downsized. Being able to be inside in the winter to sort through stuff is the best. With climate control our family never worried about our stuff being ruined.
