I paid extra money to have my package shipped sooner, only to have it spend a day in transit to end up back at the same place a day later. Now it has just been sitting there for days. According to a reddit, this place has packages sit for days, if not weeks regularly.

I ordered a package three weeks ago and it's been sitting at this hub and not being pushed forward. Its pending and more than a week late on delivery date. They are open, not closed. The weather is warmer there then it is here. Never ordering anything through fedex

Whenever a package I order gets routed through Osseo, I KNOW it's gunna be delayed. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Just throw the whole distribution center away and start over. Because whatever you're doing just isn't working. Get it together, FedEx. Smdh. Edit: Three days later, still sitting there, four days past original delivery date. Not moving. Nothing. Nada. This place is trash.

This has to be one of the worst distribution centers in the whole state or region. my shipment hasn't moved in days after arriving there this week and it looks like others have experienced this same situation as recent as last week. I messaged the CEO on LinkedIn in regards to this poor excuse of a business. FEDEX in Osseo must be blind, deaf, mute, or just don't give a damn about the service they are supposedly providing there. Would rate 0 stars if it was possible.

This site clearly has many issues. My package arrived at this location on Tuesday and it has just been sitting there with no updates. With all the reviews that have had the same issue, we need to come together. I really understand the pandemic affecting shipping but transparency is very important and fedex needs to notify customers of delays.nnPlease do yourself a favor and file a claim with BBB. I have saved all negative reviews stating the same delays/Reddit post on this location to show as proof (including my own experiences) If enough customers file a claim, FedEx will have to respond internally to avoid risking their relationship with BBB.
