Dr Corey is by far the best veterinarian that I have ever used. He got on the floor to play with and observe how my cat was walking in order to figure-out a torn in her paw was causing a fever. She was not limping or showing any noticeable actions that would have let us know what was wrong.nHe and his staff are the best.
I've been going here for quite a few years and I've only stayed because the doctors are good. The front desk staff NEVER gets back to you and is extremely unreliable. It's make me give up going there. They never call or email you back. You have to call approximately 5 times to get what you need. Just forget about email... you'll never get a response. For example, one day my dog was potentially going to need medicine so they told me to stay in the area....they did not call me back until FIVE days later. This is my typical interaction with them as well. Any time my parents dog needs medication, they take a minimum of three days just to get back to my parents. It's gotten to the point where it's not worth the frustration and I will take my dog somewhere where everyone working there cares about the animals and their needs.
I brought 2 of my rats (Chris and Chester) here to their sneezing and breathing sounding weird. After having lost my other rat Pepper just two days (Saturday Sept 14th 2020), after taking her to an ER so I didn't want to take chances.nDr Cordy was extremely knowledgeable about rats and the diseases they can get ( esp respiratory). He did a full exam on both and sent them home with meds to clear the pneumonia they had. I'm very thankful that I didn't end up losing 3 rats last week. I can't say enough about Dr Cordy. My rats will all come to see him.nMy boys are doing well.nThank you so much, my rats mean a lot to me and someone who knows about them is the best way to go.
The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the doctors have saved my dogs life. This is a great vet!
Its incredibly unfortunate that I have to write this review- Personally, I have never had a good experience with the staff- the owners are extremely rude and I have first hand, witnessed them belittle employees. In a final attempt, I adopted a new kitten and he was not feeling well and I was told he had leukemia... Upon going to the hospital with him, they were extremely confused and said it was very obvious he did not have leukemia. Imagine if I had put him down? It really is unfortunate because they are local, but I would much rather travel farther and pay a little extra to have my animals well taken care of and a positive experience.
