Love this pet supply store! We have two dogs, a snake and a bearded dragon and they have what we need for the most part. Definitely geared more towards the furry critters but still has basic needs covered for our other pets. Always clean and well stocked when we go and the staff is friendly and all about the pets! They have a self serve pet wash that many people pay to use. So that's a nice feature as well!
Cool place! Theu have a nice selection of items for dogs, cats, fish, and even reptiles! They're happy to answer questions too! Definitely check them out!nn*update in response to owner's reply: I'd be happy to give 5 stars if you put the chinchilla in a bigger cage like one of the stand-alone type 2 tier cages. He needs more space! Also all of the hamsters and the chinchilla are missing sand baths!
Staff are super friendly and helpful! Love this place! The self-serve dog wash is reasonably priced and amazing!!! Everything is there for you: towels, shampoo, conditioner, air dryer! Fantastic! I will definitely be coming back!
Nina was outrageously helpful in getting me the lightbulb I needed for my reptiles after a bad experience at a competing store. I was thankful for a price match as well. You've gained a new regular customer! Pictures of the happy shelled animals for your amusement. They're happy to have their light back.
I went in asking some questions, and the person working had not even the most rudimentary knowledge of the flea products and how they are to be used, or not used together. They can seriously injure or sicken a pet if used incorrectly, so this is really concerning. Also, they sell pinch collars. Those should only be used when they are fitted correctly, usually by an experienced trainer, otherwise they can do a lot of damage. Do yourselves a favor and go to a store that trains their employees correctly and thoroughly.nAlso, another problem cropped up, which made me write this review about a month after that visit. ^^^ I tried to make a grooming appointment online, and it just doesn't work, after the hassle of putting all the information in and trying several times. Disable the option or make it work. Seems simple enough. I got my dog in elsewhere and for less than the excessive add ons I found here.
