Pickup load on 3/12 in GA for 3/16 8am Pittsburgh,PA delivery. Broker never informed of new delivery date was changed to 3/18. Loss revenue 4k. Never again with Cheap and Heavy.
CH Robinson keeps deleting my post on Social MedianI was told to stop working with them, if I do not want to work with the assigned rep.nI called carrier services numerous times .... but they are not helpful at all .nWorking with them for 10 years and been treated this way is unacceptable.nThank you CH Robinson .nI can clearly see now, how your company value relationships .nYour words means nothing.nKeep allowing your employees to treat carriers this way .
