Love Kohl's! Always have great items and prices
The quality of the items for the price is decent. I waited at the jewelry case for over 10 min for someone to come help me and no one ever did.
I came here to return an item from Amazon since it's one of the drop off place for Amazon. The good thing about returning stuff to Amazon at Kohl's is that you don't have to package the item first to return them. Kohls will do the repackaging for you. That's a good deal. And it's also a free service. When you get the receipt it has a tracking number of your return plus a 25% off of everything in Kohls. As I was walking out I bought a Thinsulate ski glove that was $26 but on sale for $10 plus the 25% off from the Amazon return receipt which brought it down to around $7. It was a great deal. I didn't know the coupon applies to sale items too. Now every time I need to return items to Amazon I'll take advantage of the coupon from the receipt and shop around Kohl's while I am there.
Came here for an Amazon return. I do wish they didn’t have it positioned at the back of the store. No issues with service, but not convenient if you’re hoping for a quick trip.
