This cozy place is truly a Healing Art Center! Their massage therapists, Rebekah and Kaitlyn, are very knowledgable, therapeutic, and intuitive. The new massage room is spacious and very relaxing. Receptionists are welcoming and informative. Yoga teachers are wonderful and offer a wide variety of classes: restorative, trauma-sensitive, yin, chair, hatha levels 1 and 2, and chair. I enjoy that the Classes are small and personal. I had a few acupuncture treatments for a shoulder injury and stess. Heather was thorough in assessing what my body needed and helped me heal. Her homemade herbal teas are also wonderful

I came to Neighborhood healing arts and yoga to get help healing from an injury. They have been partners in improving my general health ever since. I practiced nearly every type of yoga they teach, have received accupuncture and massage treatments as well has used Chinese and other herbal preparations tailored for me. Stephen and Heather have created an amazing environment that gives people like me the opportunity to improve all aspects of health. This is also one of the friendliest most welcoming studios I have ever been too. All of the therapists and yoga instructors are super nice and knowledgeable. I love it when I go to a yoga class and feel like everyone regardless of ability is getting the most out of it! For me that started from my first class weak from injury to current improved state with still a long way from mastery! I am learning so fast here! My wife and daughter have also take yoga from neighborhood and enjoy it. I am so happy to have this gem less than 10 min from my house!! Almost forgot to mention -they are the best value I have found anywhere near the south valley and maybe the best in the state. Go check them out!!!

Stefani is such a good instructor, you can tell that she is knowledgeable and believes in the power of yoga! Seriously recommend her classes. Love this little local spot!

The yoga instructors are great! So knowledgeable and friendly. They give great instruction on how to fix your pose, without being grabby. The acupuncturist is amazing as well. You are given time and a quiet place to meditate during the process. I won't go anywhere else.

I really enjoy Neighborhood Yoga! The yoga classes are great and they offer many levels so anyone, from the beginner to the advanced student, will feel at home. I also take advantage of acupuncture and massage, both of which have helped me with some pain issues. I highly recommend Neighborhood Yoga for anyone interested in exploring a holistic way of approaching better health.
