The people who work the drive through windows are so nice and very professional. They obviously have had to handle a much higher workload with the lobby being closed and I appreciate how fast they go considering everything they have to deal with. Thank you foe the good service every time I go to this is bank location!

Lobby closed for months. Sat in line twice in the last 2 weeks extremely slow-gave up. Called today transferred twice only to reach service rep who refused to mail me a simple document adding I need to drive to the bank and sit in line, placed me on hold then hung up.

I had a pleasant experience at this location. I always do at US Bank. I am truly appreciative of the great service and communication and security they have provided. I fell that the customer service dept has always gone above and beyond for me.

The branch phone number is totally worthless. It is a generic automated attendant that only gives you account information. I only wanted to find out if they were truly opened. I could not get a real person if my life depended on it. Suggestion, if you have branch specific phone numbers give branch specific information!

They won't let me have access to my funds. I can't withdraw my money from their bank. Literal thievery
