Banked at Wells and TCF prior to switching to Anchor Bank which is now Old National. I have my personal and business banking through ONB and refer them to everyone I know. My best banking experience by leaps and bounds. Super helpful, friendly, professional service.
Got two rolls of quarters, one of them was missing a dollar. At least Wells Fargo will slip in some nickels and dimes to replace the quarters they took out.
This is the worse bank ever..i deposit a check it's not available til when? I had a checking account with my husband and then he went behind my back and open another account and then drain the accout that I access to and where my checks were going.n.beware of this bank they will screw you over.
I wish Anchor never merged. This bank sucks. My paychecks i deposit dont get approved until the day after. Ok fine. But if i cash it on the weekend it stays pending until tuesday. Completely screwing me over for everything. Did they tell me this? No. They told me it takes a day to process. On top of this there is no after hours support, their app and online doesnt update for days on end. I absolutely can not stand this bank and I will be leaving it permanently after my paycheck stops pending .I am soooo tired of their bs.
