As an essential government employee, I can not expose myself to coronavirus as I don’t want to expose citizens or constituents. I cancelled my account in June and Vasa continued to charge my account for 2 additional months and also tried to charge another annual fee. Do not use this gym the customer service is awful.
Never been to this location but I love the other locations I have been to. Just thought I’d leave a positive review because of all the people leaving bad review because they think they shouldn’t have to pay for a membership because they got lazy and stopped going but don’t bother to cancel
Love this gym! It’s a smaller location so if you’re looking for the hot tubs and such, they don’t have it. But if you’re there simply to get your workout on, it’s perfect. Great staff. Excellent training team. Highly recommend.
I began going to this location in June, when my 24-Hour gym membership became useless. I'm glad to have anywhere to go, but even at its least busy hour, it feels crowded because it's so small. A lot of space is wasted in a "movie" room where nobody seems to go. There are too few of many workout machines and none at all of some I had enjoyed. The machinery seems clunky and awkward, but guess I'll get used to it. Nice staff, and clean (of course, now). At least they're open and didn't steal my annual fee just before going bankrupt!
Friendly staff, clean equipment, great atmosphere! This gym really has everything you need, definitely recommend. Thanks!
