Spent three nights. First night we were in a tent site but then upgraded to a cabin. We were talking to people in the pool who said they’d moved so we decided to see if it was still open. They moved us right away and with no hassle. The cabin didn’t have a/c which was fine and we knew that going in. It did have two windows but we were shocked to see one of them was screwed shut! It seemed to be hotter inside than outside (with no cross breeze from the 2nd window) which we weren’t expecting. The ceiling fan didn’t work. It didn’t blow any air. Husband even hit the switch thinking maybe someone had reversed it but that didn’t work either. Pool was small but enjoyable and we used it every day. Mini golf was nice but surprised it was 11 holes (just seemed an odd number) and they were almost all “L” shaped. I didn’t know what to expect of the staff based on previous reviews but it was okay. They weren’t rude OR overly friendly. I’m sure it’s been a very long and strange summer for them and they were just trying to get the job done.

We brought four kids here and stayed for four nights while we explored the Bemidji area during the days. We really appreciated the family-friendliness of this KOA. The kids loved cooling off in the swimming pool, renting bikes, playing mini golf and throwing horseshoes. The facilities were really nice and clean, and the onsite store had any essentials we forgot plus some great souvenirs. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated as first time RV renters. We would definitely come back.

A nice campground. The staff was very helpful, the sites were level and the hookups were well placed. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was the size of the shower changing area. It was quite cramped and I found it a bit uncomfortable getting dressed and undressed. I'd stay there again if in the area.

Nice campground. However I felt that $36 was a bit pricey for a rustic tent site that didn't at least have electrical ports to charge my phone at.nI did kinda like the privacy fences between tent sites, even though I really liked my tent neighbor and we kept having to talk around the fence as I set up. (On the off chance he sees this: Hi, Carl! ud83dude01)
