They do not care about pets or owners.nThe staff is continually rude. 9 years of rudeness is enough for me.nThey gladly send you home with your pet in pain, and have no compassion.nIf you are rich, I'm sure you'll be treated differently.nTerrible place to be in these trying times.nStaff is unprofessional and patronizing.nAll they want is money.nKindness is not in their vocabulary.

My mother brought her dog there. With not much evaluation they told her he had lime. Put him on doxi and other meds even though he tested negative. He seemed to get much worse after being put on the meds. She called and explained he was taking a turn for the worse and should she bring him back in and that she like to speak with the vet. The receptionists were very dismiss of her and made it difficult for her to get in touch with the vet. Less than a week after she brought him there he ended up having an auto immune system response possibly(likely) from the meds provided and had to be put down even after emergency care from another veterinarian which didn’t seem to think lime was likely. DON’T BRING YOUR PET HERE!
Call this place first thing this morning about my very sick dog who is a client of theirs only to be told they are booked solid for the next 2 weeks. How was that supposed to help my very sick dog now? The lack of compassion was very disappointing to say the least. I was lucky enough for Bay State Veterinary Emergency Services who not only took her in they did it right away. I will be shopping for a new vet. One who actually care for their clients.
