My husband and I first met Kathy in early 2016 when we started planning our honeymoon. We wanted to give our business to someone local who actually cared about our wants and needs rather then a chain who we were just a number to. From the moment we met Kathy we liked her! She greeted us with a huge smile and was beyond helpful! We booked our honeymoon with her and she was there anytime we had any needs or concerns literally went above and beyond for us! We ended up having some issues at our resort and I called her early am and she picked up right away and got everything taken care of for us so we didn’t have to worry about anything! Two years later we were planning another vacation and used her again and had the time of our lives! Now a few years later Kathy has turned into not only our only go to for a travel agent but a sweet dear friend of mine! She’s hardworking and there every step of the way! I will not go to anyone else! She’s simply the best!
