My girlfriend and I went to a Coney island and I left my wallet at home, my girlfriend only had a discover card. The diner did not accept discover cards. One of your officers was there buying food and immediately popped out his credit card and offered to cover the bill for us fortunately the place could process the discover card so we didn't have to take him up on his offer, but holy cow that was an extremely nice thing to do. You guys rock!

I know that a five-star rating of a police department seems fishy, but I've been doing business in the City of Plymouth for over 13 years and had multiple encounters with Plymouth City PD so as a result I feel I'm qualified.nnThese guys are just the image of what you hope a downtown police force would be. Cordial, diligent, thorough, an genuinely concerned with the safety/security of the City. Their response time is just astounding, and in the past they have definitely gone the extra mile when helping us to resolve issues when called.nnI wish all police forces were this good. Kudos to the Plymouth City PD!

The dispatcher is horrible. Very strident and unhelpful. I would recommend calling the other office. I was calling for a welfare check on my autistic son by the way. Truly a gut renching experience.

I no longer feel safe in this community given the recent actions of the police.
