They do not deserve any appreciation. They took our my money and when Hajj was cancelled they never returned it back.nDealing with them is so painful and it is a night mare. They are very unprofessional. I would not waste any penny .nThey are punch of liars and they have no respect for Hajj and people who wants to do Hajj.nnIt has been 10 months and they never paid my money back.nUnprofessional. They have no experience. Their communication skills are extremely poor. Their other name is Badr Travel.nnBe Careful !!!!!!!

Very unprofessional. I wish I could give them ZERO. They took my money and despite the Hajj was cancelled, they never returned it back. They are not even answering me.nDo not waste your time and money. Poor service and communication. Their package is absolutely a lie. They know nothing about customer service and they are so unexperienced.nnThey basically have no respect for this holistic event.nnThey go also under Bader Travel. Be Careful!
