Kristy was excellent from the very first time we spoke all the way until after our trip. She answered every question I had (which was many) and made sure every detail of our trip was exactly as we visioned it. She went above and beyond to get us on the perfect flight and even helped make changes when needed. She was available and helpful during our trip when I needed help as well. She is kind and very informed on all the different resorts. I couldn't have planned such a perfect 10 year Anniversary trip without Now Boarding Travel, and will not hesitate to use Kristy for all future travel planning.

I can't say enough about how Kristy helped my wife and I with our trip to Beloved Playa Mueres in Cancun! This was our first time using a travel agent, and we're so glad we found Kristy at Now Boarding Travel! We had traveled to Cancun several times over the years, but had never wanted to return to any of the resorts that we stayed. I had a nice talk with Kristy, and she really listened to what my wife and I were looking for in an all inclusive resort. She suggested Beloved Playa Mujeres, and she couldn't have been more right! We absolutely loved that resort and it fit our needs perfectly! She booked us the absolute best beachfront casita suite that Beloved has to offer, and we felt so special!! We didn't expect that, but Kristy really delivered! She did a great job with our flights and ground transportation as well! She also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We really felt taken care of. We're currently working with Kristy on our return trip to Beloved for next year! Thank you Kristy at Now Boarding Travel!!!
