The Milan Post Office always exceeds my expectations. When you go into the office, the people are extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. If you have issues they work with you to resolve them in a very professional and caring matter. Lastly, the lady that delivers our mail is reliable and very considerate. She's a 10 star for sure and we are so lucky to have her.
I love our small town post office....the staff are always courteous, kind and helpful. The mail is delivered typically around the same time daily. Larger packages are brought to the door, rather than stuffing it into the mailbox. Great job postal workers!!ud83dude03
Very short line and quick in and out... however, I was told I couldn’t ship something when the Belleville post office has never given me any issues. I had to leave the line twice because I was given the wrong price for how much my item was going to cost to send. I won’t come back and will go to the Belleville location from now on. The gentlemen who helped me also was not friendly and kind frankly mansplained things to me.
The Milan Post Office provides service in a timely manner. Staff are very informative and offer suggestions for saving on shipping costs.
This post office should have 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Drina is the best!
