Ordered a “In stock” pool by Lisa the manager and she said it would be delivered in 7-14 business days. It’s been over a month and still no pool. I’ve called multiple of times and there phone line is down. I went into the store and I spoke to Lisa she was extremely nice and understanding. She gave my daughters some pool floats and said she would get back to me today so crossing my fingers ! ud83eudd1eud83cudffc

Went to Namco twice today to purchase a hot tub and possibly a patio set. It was as if it was impossible to spend money in that store! I keep saying, we want to purchase that hot tub and nothing was happening. The manager just kept looking through binders, not communicating, not starting any process. Three people working and absolutely no help!

Grandparents ordered a pool back In may. We were told it would arrive mid July. We couldn’t get anyone to answer the phones or respond to emails. We ended up calling the Attleboro store which was able to tell us our pool should be in the first week of august. We just received a call that it is now the first week of September. So ridiculous. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of anyone. Almost $10,000 paid in full and still no pool!

I worked for Namco pools as a manager and was suppose to be paid on a Friday after waiting three weeks because they pay every other week. I even called the HR manager Annabella and asked her if I could pick up my pay and she never responded. Needless to say I didn’t get paid till the Tuesday the following week and a number of bills bounced. I called the DM Adam Rector and his response was we don’t control the mail. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY if you want to be paid on time and people care about you. The DM was totally unprofessional and made me feel like to was putting him out.nHorrible experience.

Swansea store people are an absolute joke. approximately a month ago I ordered a pool, was promised two week delivery. On the third week we started calling to inquire about such pool. Phones were not answered. I called North Attleboro and was told the Swansea store never ordered my pool but couldn't access the transaction. Drove to Swansea store to speak with them. Magically they discovered their mistake (said my out stock pool was a carry out order) the same day we made contact with a different store. Employees deflect blame and are less than accommodating. Did not make good on their error, did not expedite shipping, didn't even offer to make good in any way shape or form. Corporate did nothing
