HORRIBLE - one of carriers crams packages in the mailbox because it is 17 steps to the front door; never gets the “pickup” requests I put in until I put a note in the mailbox and they come the next day. Tired to explain the problem to the desk clerk and she stood there with nothing to say. I have a call into USPS customer hotline - I’m sure they will be right on calling me back. Now I understand why they are losing money! UPS, you have a new customer coming.
Carrier just pulled up and stuffed the “sorry we missed you” note into the mailbox and drove off. Never even attempted the door
The office is ok, but the local carriers are awful! Leave a note that they tried to deliver packages, they never actually do! Other option is they jam everything that will fit in your mailbox whether or not it actually fits!
Very nice post office.nExcelent service fast courteous and knowledgable.nHas PO boxes.nCan get most if not all postal supplies on site.
Get mail here if you rent a box.
