Horrible customer service and quality work. I took my two suede jackets here 05/2019. They said the followed the care instructions and the jackets were ruined. $600 worth of clothing. I stopped by and called in numerous times and they said they would try and fix the jackets and re-oil them. Come to find out they never tried to do this. After going back and forth for a YEAR I finally said just to write me a note that I will take to Nordstrom to see if they will take them back. Ridiculous. I had been in there numerous times and called numerous times asking for an update and to speak with the manager and each time they told me they were getting oil to fix the jackets. Never heard from the manager. Not once. When I picked up the jackets she was in the back and didn’t come out to speak with me. Horrible horrible. We had been very accommodating with the continued stories for a year. The problem should have been dealt with when it occurred. I would have liked them to take responsibility and pay for the jackets.

I gave couple of suits for dry cleaning, got them back , realized one of the jackets was still dirty , it was a brand new suit and did not have that stain when I initially gave it for cleaning so I gave it back them to clean and informed the staff it was their fault .After the cleaning I went pick it up instead apologizing , staff charged again for the same suit and when questioned she told me to talk to manager tomorrow.. Really you guys think this what the client do follow up for their laundry services and make couple of trips just get their clothes cleaned or is this a good customer experience. No Thank you !Great strategy to charge twice for same suit Instead of once !!

Great place for cleaning! They always remember me and have my order available when promised. Clothes always look great. Over the years they've popped off a few buttons but they always are happy to replace them. I've been working with them for many years, and their service and quality is always improving. I highly recommend their services...really nice people to work with!

I have been using Canyon View Cleaners for all of my dry cleaning needs since I moved into the area 12 years ago. They always do an amazing job with my clothing - always on time and professional. The employees are always very friendly and courteous. One of the employees, Carol, knows me, and as soon as I pull up she doesn't ask for my phone number, just gets my things and knows exactly what I want. In all of the many years that I have used them, I have only had a few concerns with certain items and they always make it right. I would highly recommend this dry cleaners.
