These guys were definitely up to their high Google rating hype. They were very flexible when we had to make a fairly last minute change. They did amazing work with our carpets. And they were just pleasant to work with all around. Great service for the price, too! Will definitely use them again if we need to get the carpets cleaned.
We love these guys and never use anybody else now. They do such a great job every time and are so easy to schedule. I love that they can usually come the week I call. They did an extra room for free this time. It was such a nice surprise.
I wish I had taken a before picture of my loveseat and sofa. But you'll have to take my word for it. These guys did an amazing job. My coaches looked brand new. We have had not so good (least to say) experience in the past with other "reputable" companies, but Pink's Carpet and Cleaning did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! We were going to replace our two pieces, but not anymore. They also cleaned our carpets , including two stairs. They did just as great work there. Not only was the service great, but their customer service is truly worthy its 5 star rating. Anyone who now asks me, I know I can refer them to these guys without hesitation!! Thanks!!!
Incredible service! I was moving in to a new house and the previous owners had several dogs and cats. No pet stains to speak of but there was a lot of pet dander.
They took great care of us. They practiced social distancing and wore a mask the entire time. They cleaned the carpets great and did the ducts quite well. There was a waxy/oily stain in the basement. He said he did the best he could but when I went to go look at it I couldn’t even see it anymore. The house smells so much fresher.
Rich and Austin cleaned our carpets and HVAC. They did an awesome job! They were quick, yet very thorough. They were professional and answered all of our questions. The carpet looked great! It was in pretty bad shape, but they made it look SO MUCH BETTER! Thank you!
