Shane and his crew were absolutely FANTASTIC!! Hands down the most thorough and immaculate carpet cleaning job we have ever had. They definitely spent their time to give us the perfect result. So nice and professional and more importantly very considerate. We had them come during the COVID-19 situation and they came prepared with gloves and masks. So happy with the service we received that we are having them back next week to clean our air ducts. I would give 10 stars+ if it was an option. Thank you Extra Touch!!
We always use Extra Touch for our carpets. I'm always amazed that Shane can resurrect them to look like new. He is the most detailed carpet cleaning professional we've ever had. He notices every little detail, even if I don't. He does an absolutely superior job. I recommend Extra Touch with 5 stars!
I had my vents cleaned. He was very late but completed the job. The vents were like new when he finished.
Shane, the owner, did an amazing job at explaining each process to us. He was very thorough and you could tell that he took pride in his work. Not only was Extra Touch the best price for air duct cleaning, they also provided the best service. I have already referred him to my own family and they are eager to schedule with him. Totally would re hire and recommend to all.
