Canyon View Cleaners does NOT take responsibility for their errors. My account has explicit instructions noted "ALL SHIRTS TO BE DRY-CLEANED. MUST NOT BE LAUNDERED". I switched from their Draper location to try this Sandy location, as the Draper location shrunk several of my shirts due to laundering instead of the specified dry-cleaning. Apparently it's a company-wide policy to NOT read the instructions, nor to follow my instructions to dry clean only when I dropped the shirts off as well. They laundered them, and sure enough, shrunk up the sleeves by 1-1/2" in length. I brought it to their attention when I picked them up, as I noticed the slip said "laundered", and I said I would try them on at home and be back if there was an issue. As noted, one of the shirts shrunk significantly, and I brought it back within a half hour, and they said "what do you want us to do about it?" Really?! They said I had to bring them the actual receipt of the purchase (and who saves their shirt receipts?), and only then would they give credit pro-rated by the date of purchase. Wow. I only buy Bugatchi shirts, and they are not inexpensive, so I always have them dry-cleaned to prolong their life and to avoid the shrinkage that they are prone to when laundered. To say I have to provide the actual purchase receipt, and then to say they will only partially credit based on how many months you have owned it (ZERO credit after a year!), is ridiculous, especially with all of the written and verbal instructions given up front. Their obvious error, and they should own up to it, giving me the replacement value for the shirt. I had this same kind of response from their Draper location, and I will definitely avoid this business like a plague for all future needs.. I would strongly suggest that anyone considering them should go somewhere...anywhere...else.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone at all , Here are the reasons: Absolutely poor customers service, they do a terrible job of cleaning. I took my designer coat for dry cleaning but when I got back to the store to pick it up and take it home, both of the sleeves were damaged. I stopped by to talk with the manager or an official working there, however as soon as the employee that did the work on my coat saw me walk in, she knew what was going on. When I asked her about the damage she said it was just like that when I left it there and she found out after I left. I asked her why she didn’t call me and she responded that they don’t call. I asked her for the number of any officials above her and she stated that she was “The owner of the store”. Later, she goes on to say that she is not intact the owner and is just the store manager, and there is nothing she can do to help to fix the problem. I had also asked if they had security footage of the drop off when it took place, and she had responded that they did not own any security cameras in the store. I hope that the owner of this establishment responds to my complaint and offers some sort of insight as I will be taking this to court. To anyone reading this review, please do not ever take your cloths to this dry cleaner, your cloths and wallet will thank me.

No one cares about your experience and your damaged clothes, they act like it’s our fault they’ve damaged our clothes . I will take all necessary actions and we go from there .

I called like 5 other places and this was the only place that could help me out fast and work with my schedule, not only did Robin finish as soon as she could she was so nice and had the best customer service.

I always take my dry cleaning to Canyon View Cleaners. The staff treat you like family. They take great care of their customers and your clothing and bedding items. I've only had great experiences with them!
