Last summer my husband and I rented an apartment at Wayland Square Angell Street in Providence, by Geo Properties.nWe were very impressed with the service we received from Geo properties, most especially Lisa ….. Our apartment was clean and well cared for and as we found some small appliances not available they were provided for us without delay. We enjoyed our stay and with the service we received. The area was easy to navigate and we found we had access to the things we enjoy.nAt the end of our visit we viewed another apartment on the same property and decided to rent that apartment this summer.nWe found Geo properties and their representatives to be attentive, friendly and accommodating of our needs.

The folks at Geo may be clinically insane but they know properties.

We rented the Provencal Suite at 453 Angell Street in Providence; it was wonderful and in the best location. Our daughter was getting married nearby at the Aldrich House and we wanted to be able to host a brunch the Sunday morning after the wedding. The apartment was beautiful, high ceilings, plenty of space with easy access to a sweet backyard with table, chairs and a grill. The apartment was so beautiful that the photographer agreed it was the perfect spot to take photos before the wedding. The bride and bridesmaids all came over to do make-up, get dressed and take pictures at this suite. It was a great apartment for entertaining family and friends, with a big comfortable dining room table. The kitchen was small, but very well equipped and comfortable. The family room has a great TV, lots of space and lovely furnishings. The bedroom is really large with a great bed! It was a luxury to wake up there each day. The bathroom was also lovely, and it has a great shower. It seemed newly renovated, everything looked perfect. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets and an air mattress for the odd night our son needed a place to stay. The heat warmed up the apartment quickly. I can't emphasize enough how handy it was to be across the street from Starbucks, a few doors down from a CVS and just a few blocks from Whole Foods. There was so much in walking distance, including good restaurant, shopping and great neighborhoods to explore. It was also very convenient to have a parking lot attached to the house so you never had to go searching for a parking space or worry about a ticket. Although we were only staying a week, the folks at Geo Properties were very responsive to all emails and questions. They sent us a note while we were there to make sure everything was OK. We were very focused on wedding related activities, but there is so much to do in Providence, we really look forward to coming back again.
