US Post Office- Waterford Carrier Annex

3-28-2021, Without fail, everytime I have a package sent to this hub it sits for a few days then gets sent back to Detroit. My latest package was supposed to be here on 3-26 and on 3-26 it was at the waterford hub at 533 in the morning. Tell me why the hell on 3-28 its BACK IN DETROIT and I no longer have an estimated day of arrival.

Phone number may as well not exist, they will pickup to immediately hang up on you every time. I’ve tried getting my mailbox from here for 3 months with no progress. Wonderfully unhelpful

Not only does the mail person not close the mailbox box on a main road so all our mail ends up on Elizabeth lake road. But they Love to say I don't live at my address anytime I have a package that requires him to get out of his truck to bring it to the door. Then when you call the post office t hey say you are yelling at them when you have questions they talk over you. They also love to say you don't know how the shipping process works, when they don't know I work for a shipping company. Poor service. No wonder they are going under ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

This is the worst Usps I have ever dealt with. They constantly give me the wrong mail and return MY mail to sender. I lose money and products all the time. They should fire whoever works there. Its absolutely insane.

POSITIVE UPDATE BELOW:nnOriginal Post:nnWaterford USPS regularly says they attempted delivery to my address when it is simply not true. Why lie? Why not just use that energy to ACTUALLY deliver the package. Or, if you don't want to deliver on Sundays for instance, then don't agree to do so. Very sad.nn1st UPDATE:nnI contacted. USPS support with regard to the above ongoing delivery problem. The support person was very responsive and supportive, so I was feeling hopeful about our next Amazon delivery that might come through USPS. Well, as it happened, the very next delivery was going to fall on a Sunday. Anticipation all day, but ultimate disappointment when the package never showed. Of course I checked the tracking number many times throughout the day. By the time it was clear it would not be delivered that day, there was no indication whatsoever about it's actual status and reason for non-arrival. See below. I purposely waited to post this update because I knew I had another delivery coming up shortly and I wanted to see how that went before I decided the tone of my next post.nn2nd UPDATE:nnSo, I recently placed an order for Monday delivery. I was really excited about this delivery and I kinda got this wish in my head that maybe it would come Sunday. Ha! It did! This simple thing made me very happy. So, at this point, I'm going to increase my one star rating to three. I want to encourage good customer service once again. Thank you USPS for making forward progress. Please treat us like valued customers and any customers reading, don't forgot to treat postal workers with kindness and respect or at least try to make eye contact and smile at them.
